Shipping Policy
At Sweets Choice, we are committed to delivering your chocolates and sweet treats quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more (U.S. only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following address types:
- APO (Army Post Office)
- DPO (Diplomatic Post Office)
- FPO (Fleet Post Office)
- MPO (Military Post Office)
- PO Boxes
Orders placed with any of these address types will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Warm Weather Shipping
Because chocolate is sensitive to heat:
- We may use insulated packaging and cooling materials during warmer months
- We strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping for warm climates or summer deliveries
Shipping to certain warm-weather locations is currently restricted to Express Shipping only, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Florida ZIP codes 32700–34999
If a non-expedited method is selected for these areas, your order may be delayed, upgraded, or canceled for product safety.
Sweets Choice is not responsible for heat-related damage if Standard Shipping is selected in areas with warm weather risk.
6. Delivery Responsibility
To ensure product quality, we recommend someone be available to receive the order on the first delivery attempt.
We cannot be responsible for the condition of any order after the first delivery attempt, especially during warmer months or for perishable products like chocolate.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
8. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or courier issues. Please check tracking updates first, or contact the carrier. For help, reach out to us at:
