1. Non-Returnable Items
Because our chocolates are perishable and food-based, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items once they have been shipped. This helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and freshness.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll do our best to make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a refund/store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Melted Products in Transit
We pack our chocolates with care, but please be aware that high temperatures during transit can affect product condition. We recommend choosing express shipping during warmer months.
We are not responsible for melting caused by delays or exposure to heat during delivery unless you selected express shipping and the order was still affected.
4. Order Cancellations or Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order is prepared or shipped, we are unable to make changes or provide a cancellation refund.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
