1. What makes Sweets Choice chocolate special?
We use premium ingredients, small-batch recipes, and thoughtful packaging to create chocolates that are rich in flavor and beautifully delivered.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or to APO, FPO, DPO, MPO, or PO Box addresses.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more (U.S. only).
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
5. Will my chocolate melt during delivery?
We take precautions during warm months by using insulation and recommend selecting Express Shipping for warm-weather areas. Some states (like Alaska, Hawaii, and parts of Florida) require expedited shipping due to heat risk.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track My Order page.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes due to how quickly we process and ship.
9. Do you offer bulk, gift, or corporate orders?
Yes! We love creating custom bundles, party favors, and gifts for events or clients. Email us at pr@sweetschoice.com for bulk or special order inquiries.
10. Do you offer wholesale options?
