1. How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Your order number
- A tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
Click the tracking link to see real-time updates from the delivery carrier.
2. Didn’t Get a Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days, please:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Confirm your order email was correct
- Contact us at pr@sweetschoice.com with your order number
3. Delivery Delays or Issues
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check with neighbors or building staff
- Look around your porch or delivery area
- Wait a few extra hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early

4. Important Notes
- Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment
- Orders placed during peak seasons may experience slight delays
- Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the address
